Flatwater Music Festival

Held the last weekend in June every year, the Flatwater Music Festival is a celebration of music, community, culture and fun! The festival includes live concerts, music jams and workshops, arts & crafts vendors, food, beverages and kids' and family activities on Saturday.

Since its invention in 1927, Kool-Aid has been providing smiles for kids around the world and adding to the landscape of Hastings as visitors and residents alike celebrate their love of the sweet concoction.  Kool-Aid Days celebrates this great invention annually during the second weekend of August and draws visitors from around the world. The Nebraska Country Music Foundation is a non profit organization, and it is our goal every year to provide Country and Gospel music lovers a festival second to none. Our performer in the competition range in age from 5 years old to 95 years young. The talent that young folks display is amazing. Several youth and teen grown up with the Nebraska Country Music Foundation.
