Cathedral Brass

Formed in 2004 Cathedral Brass had its beginnings as an in-residence ensemble at St. Mark's ProCathedral. Regrouping in 2009 the group has become the premiere brass ensemble in greater Nebraska.

Chorus of the Plains

Performing several concerts throughout the year, this group has been entertaining throughout the state with their four-part harmony for over 50 years. One of the quartets that sing in the Chorus may be available to perform for you group. 

Classic Jazz Quartet

Formed in 2007 the Classic Jazz Quartet plays all types of jazz, from Dixieland to modern pieces as a celebration of the great history of this great American art form.

Hastings Symphony String Quartet

Performing in and around the Tri-City area since 1985. The Hastings Symphony String Quartet plays styles ranging from Baroque and Classical music to fiddle tunes, rags and Broadway musicals.

Hastings Community Theatre

Entertaining the community of Hastings for over 47 years and providing an opportunity for performers and patrons alike, the Hastings Community Theater runs four performances every year showcasing Hastings' homegrown talent. Depending on the time of year and the current show performers may be available for skits or musical performances.

Gracie's Uncles

Acoustic American music genres such as old-time country, country western swing, bluegrass, folk, gospel, etc. Also old-time dances and hoedowns. Cost is $200 for first hour, $50 each additional hour, plus cost of sound equipment and technician (varies according to venue). Fees may be negotiable.

"Strings and Things" performs a variety of musical styles including bluegrass, gospel, classical, Irish, renaissance, wedding, world music, traditional American dance and holiday music. They have performed for countless conventions, parties, banquets, barn dance, hoedowns, hayrack rides, county fairs, festivals, museums, schools, churches, etc. They also specialize in audience participation with items including washtub bass, washboard, musical spoons and clog dancing puppets.
