OCCUPANCY: Seaton Hall is a 2,400-square-foot space. Maximum occupancy is 209 people. Seating capacity is 200, includes kitchen, bathrooms, and WiFi access.
Rates: $50 per hour. (Two hour minimum.)
SEATING CAPACITY: Up to 209 people. 16 six-foot tables. 11 Mive-foot round tables.
PARKING: Use the Tribune parking lot on the north side of the Tribune Building. Additional parking is available in the city lot a block south of the building.
ALCOHOL: No alcohol is allowed within the premises without permission from the Hastings Tribune.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: air freshener, fog machines, vaping, excessive steam and smoke.
Reservation and cleaning policy A deposit of $50 is required. The amount of the deposit will be applied to the balance owed if no cleaning is necessary on the part of the Hastings Tribune.

Kitchen includes refrigerator, sink, microwave, roasters, crock pot, coolers, coffee maker, drink dispenser, and kitchen utensils. No paper goods.
Bathrooms are handicapped-accessible.
