Founded in 1991, the Listening Room has grown from a place for local musicians to share songs in a borrowed room above a down town restaurant to a nationally known venue producing 12 shows a year featuring some of the country's most talented singer-songwriters, including several Grammy award-winners and nominees. Our shows are held on Friday or Saturday night throughout the school year at The Lark, 809 W. Second Street. Each show features an opening set by a local artist.
